Granola Bars

1 c. Brown Sugar
2/3 c. Peanut Butter
1/2 c. Corn Syrup
1/2 c. Melted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla

3 c. Rolled Oats
1/2 c. Coconut
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan
Mix the first five ingredients together until well blended. Add in the remaining ingredients. Spread mixture into the 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, cool and cut.
